Obviously it isn't a software issue so it's a hardware thing as the problem still persists after reformatting. Not sure if I am making sense, but it's the best I can possibily explain it.
I am unable to get back to the proper place or scroll up or sideways to the proper place. I can't do it as it automatically scrolls straight to Visual Effects.
Also if I wanted to change some things in System or Administration, it would automatically scroll to the last tab, ie if i wanted to change the desktop background in System > Preference > Appearance > Background. I have reformatted my laptop (had problems with it recently), I decided to do a refresh reinstall and updated to 9.04.Īnyway my problem, which I had before I reformatted it, was that the computer would scroll itself right down to the bottom of any page, ie Writer, Firefox, PDF document, picture- everything you name it.
